Local Delivery In Singapore
- We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY in Singapore!
- All deliveries in Singapore are delivered by DHL/SingPost.
- Do allow 5-6 weeks for pre-orders & for us to prepare and pack your orders for shipment.
- All customers will receive another email once your order has been packed and ready to be shipped.
- For Singapore deliveries, parcels will only be delivered up to one time. Additional re-deliveries will incur additional charges.
- Please ensure the address and contact number provided is correct in order for courier to reschedule deliveries.
International Delivery
- All international orders are delivered by DHL Express based on weight and destination, with costs advised at checkout.
- International delivery will only provide basic tracking information. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
- Kindly allow up to 5-6 weeks for pre-orders & for us to pack your order for shipment.
- Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. As we aim to have your orders packed quickly, we are unable to make amendments to any orders once they have been completed at checkout – for this reason, please choose carefully.
- All international shipping fees are non-inclusive of any VAT/GST/import taxes to the destination country Any custom fees incurred shall be borne by the recipient and not by GÜVEN.
