Returns & Exchange

  • Sale items, items purchased during promotion or with a promotion code are not eligible for any returns/exchanges. 
  • We offer returns for Store Credit on regular priced items only. A Store Credit will be issued within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
  • Accessories [ie; shoes,ties, bow ties,cufflinks, socks] are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • For any returns, please email us at hello@theguvenstyle.com within 2 days. Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date (Singapore) and 14 days (International). Please indicate your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return. Our customer service team will get back to you within 3 working days.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition you receive with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be returned in the original condition with all tags attached; without any stains or perfume odours. Items have to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Requests for exchanges which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the package. Therefore, it is highly recommended to return the item(s) by Signed For (Registered) post or other traceable service such courier deliveries. Any shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Once your returned Product has been reviewed by our team, we will send you an email letting you know if the Product has been accepted.
  • We will then proceed with refunding your money in the form of Store Credit. 
  • GÜVEN will not be liable for any mail lost via non-traceable methods.
  • If the items are returned to us in the timescale stipulated and in the same condition as they were originally sent, your return will be processed.
  • All items not returned to us within the stipulated time frame or not in original condition will be rejected and sent back to you. Shipping cost will be borne by you if such an incident occurs.
  • Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, there will be strictly no cancellation or change of orders.
  • Should your Mascolori shoes/belts have any defects, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your replacement product.

  • Any items being returned to us due to delivery failures, will require a delivery cost to return the item back to you.

Incorrect Personal Information

  • Please ensure that your email and address provided is correct. Any failure for delivery due to wrong personal information provided will result in a re-delivery charge if the item has been returned to us.
  • All personal details should be entered correctly before checking out. On the occasion where you realise there is an error, please email us immediately and we will update the correct details for you if the parcel has not been shipped out yet.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received your  refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [insert email]

Wrong Items / Missing Items

  •  If there is a mistake in your parcel, please send us an email at [insert email]within 7 working days from the delivery date (Local) and 14 working days (International). Our team will work on getting your shipment fixed right away!
  • You are advised to use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. GÜVEN will not be responsible for the loss of parcels. We won’t guarantee that we will receive it. Exchange will not be done for parcels not received.
  • All orders not reported to us within the stipulated time frame will be considered as fulfilled.

Faulty Products

  • Please note that garment and leather colours may look slightly different depending on your computer monitor; this is not a manufacturing fault.
  • Many of our garments & accessories are made by small community workshops, in particular our stunning hand made shoes. They wear a story on their skin and visible irregularities are to be considered part of their charm, rather than faults (these will not be considered faulty if returned).
  • Every product we send out is quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault (excluding suspected shrinkage), please send it back for assessment. Once we have reviewed the item we will happily offer a replacement or repair as long as it has been returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.  Anything outside of this time frame will be assessed at our discretion.
  • Wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
  • If you believe your item has shrunk after following the washing instructions on the inside of the garment, please take the time to review the measurements on the product listing after pressing your item in accordance with the instructions.  If you send your item back for review and we find the measurements to be within tolerance, the item will not be replaced and return shipping costs will remain with the customer.

Store Credit

    • Store Credit is offered for exchanges in accordance with the terms outlined on this page.  We offer Store Credit for any full price, unworn item/s returned within 10 business days (domestic) or 18 days (international) of receipt of your order.
    • Store Credit is applied as credit to your GÜVEN account (if you have not established an account, please create an account with us as it helps to keep track of all your past purchases] 
    • To use your Store Credit, simply log into your account and shop in our store as usual – at checkout you will be given the option to use any available store credit as a form of payment.
    • Your Store Credit has no expiry and is deducted after product and shipping costs are calculated. Should you have any trouble using your Store Credit please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email on [insert email]or phone on +65 91474982.
  • Orders purchased with Store Credits are not valid for returns/exchanges.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another email account.
  • Store Credit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  • Orders placed during promotional sales are final and will not be accepted for Store Credit for change of mind or incorrect size chosen.
